Odia Shishu-Sahitya Charcha, a compilation of articles on Odia Children’s Literature written by Ramesh Chandra Das was inaugurated by Dr.Rastrabandhu, the noted  Hindi Children writer and Editor of Bal Sahitya Samiksha on October 8, 2011 at Bhubaneswar in presence of eminent writers and critics of Odia Literature and Children writers and Editors of Odia Children’s magazines on the ocassion of Shishu Sahitya Utsab – 2011 organized by Research Institute in Odia Children’s Literature.
